Members of Equine Community oppose re-location of riding rings

A significant number of people representing the Squamish Equine Community was present on October 24th 2012, when the the Squamish Park & Recreation Master Plan was unveiled. Not only did they strongly oppose the proposed re-location of the present riding rings to a location near the Gun Club, but also questions were raised about the lack of consultation and acknowledgement of the SVEA's investment - both monetary and in kind - in building the present riding ring.
